Win a new CAR!

Didi Danielle Photography is participating in the International Charity Model Search to select North America’s Cutest Family and to raise funds for the non-profit Now I Lay Me Down To Sleep Foundation. (NILMDTS.org)

Last year’s competition featured 2,000 model’s images and raised $164,775 for the NILMDTS organization. Now I Lay Me Down To Sleep (NILMDTS), is a 501(C)(3) non-profit organization committed to assisting parents and families going through the difficult time when they experience an early infant loss. Unfortunately there are times when babies will not be going home from the hospital, and this is when NILMDTS connects families with volunteer photographers providing them with a reproducible CD of the images of their baby at no cost to the family. For further information on NILMDTS, visit their website at www.nowilaymedowntosleep.org.

Finalists will be determined by online votes. Each vote is $1 (no limit on the amount of votes you can cast), and all proceeds from votes benefit Now I Lay Me Down To Sleep (NILMDTS.org).

Are your loved ones North America’s Cutest Family? I want to give you the opportunity to prove it! Many exciting prizes will be awarded, and the grand prize winner receives a new car!

Photography by Emmalee (part one)

Emmalee has been taking pictures with her own camera for almost three years now. At age 5, I see some real skill! She has a photo-journalistic approach similar to my own, and seems to enjoy portraiture as well.

If you'd like to see some of her earlier work (dating back to 2007), visit http://www.dididaniellephoto.smugmug.com/client-proof-galleries/through-her-eyes. I recently emptied her camera onto the computer and found almost 200 shots from the last few months. I'm breaking them into two posts of 20 images I found most interesting... Enjoy, but be warned, if you know Emmalee you're likely to be found in her camera...

Sophie turns TWO!

Happy 2nd Birthday, Sophie!

We love you!
